Cancellation & Studio Policies
Our photo studio New York City maintains clear policies ensuring fairness for all photographers. Cancellations made 7+ days before your booking receive a full refund minus 3% transaction fee. Cancellations made 7 days to 24 hours before your session receive 50% refund minus transaction fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking receive no refund. Late arrivals don’t extend your booking time—all rental periods include setup and cleanup, so plan accordingly. Overtime at our NYC studio costs $100 per hour if you stay beyond your booked time, so please respect other photographers’ reservations. Our photography studio NYC spaces must be left clean and in original condition, with a $100 cleaning fee for excessive mess and $500 penalty for prohibited items including non-water-based smoke, alcohol, smoking, or drugs.

We do not provide parking but there is street parking available. It can take a while to find a parking spot during working hours. We suggest arriving 10 minutes early to the location.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (excluding %3 transaction fee) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding %3 transaction fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
