Choose your studio by its light
- Soft, even light: Studio D. North-east windows give consistent light that photographers like for accurate color. 800 sq ft at 200 Morgan Ave.
- Bright morning to midday light: Studios B, G and C. South-east windows. B and G are 600 sq ft each at 35 Meadow St; C is an 800 sq ft multi-set studio at 200 Morgan Ave that gets light all day.
- Warm afternoon light: Studio A. A 550 sq ft loft with south-west windows at 55 Meadow St.
- Afternoon light, tall room: Studio F. Our most compact studio, 400 sq ft with 13 ft ceilings and west windows, at 55 Meadow St.
Book for the time of day
Window light changes through the day. As a rule of thumb, east-facing windows get the most direct light in the morning and west-facing windows in the afternoon, while north light stays soft. So book Studios B, G or C earlier in the day, A or F in the afternoon, and D whenever you need steady light.
Every daylight studio also includes pro lighting, stands and modifiers, so you can mix daylight with strobes or keep shooting after sunset.

Our daylight studios start at $35/hr on weekdays (Studio F), with lighting and backdrops included. Weekends are $10/hr more, and most studios have a 2-hour minimum.
