Browse live availability on our booking dashboard and reserve the studio and time that work for you. You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details — if it doesn’t arrive within 24 hours, email info@nulastudios.com.

You’ll receive two access codes — one for the building entrance and one for the studio, active only during your booked time. After booking you also get two short instructional videos: how to find the space, and how to use the equipment.

Our pricing is all-inclusive. The only add-on charge is seamless backdrop pulls (+$15 per pull/color), plus optional add-ons like a photographer. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds without stepping on paper.

The minimum is 2 hours and the maximum is 15 hours (7am–10pm). All start and end times include your set-up and clean-up, so plan accordingly. Overstaying carries a $100/hr fee.

We’re open every day from 7am to 10pm. You can book any available slot within those hours directly from the dashboard.

Street parking only around the studios — arrive 10-15 minutes early during business hours to find parking, we are in a busy area. Studios A, B, F and G have a freight elevator (contact us first to use it); C & D have no elevator, one story walk up. Studio E is on the ground floor.

No, to respect everyone’s booked sessions please do not arrive prior to your reservation time. Please note that all booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please finish wrapping up and leave the studio by the time your booking is over.

There is an overtime fee of $100 per hour that you overstay, so please, be respectful of the community and leave when your time is up.

If you need to extend your booking during your session, please reach out to us before the end of your session. You can only extend if there is no other booking after you.

Definitely! Food and snacks are allowed as long as the studio is cleaned and left in the original condition. 

No alcohol consumption, smoking or drugs are allowed in the studio, for which a $500 fine will be charged. 

Only water/vapor based smoke and fog machines are allowed in our studios.

There will be a penalty of $500 to any customer found using smoke or fog other than water based and will not be allowed back in our studios. This will be strictly enforced.

Any other hard to clean materials such as glitter, confetti, powder, oils, wax, requires a refundable deposit. Please reach out via email if you will be using hard to clean materials during your studio time. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning charge of $100.

Yes, to protect everyone’s safety the studios and common areas are all monitored by cameras for security, insurance and dispute purposes. (it can/will be used for dispute resolution ONLY). We do check in periodically to make sure everything is up-to-date and guests are abiding by the rules.

As outlined in our agreement, your work is protected and footage will never be shared.
