Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (excluding %3 transaction fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 72 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding %3 transaction fees) of their Booking Price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the booking start time are not refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Guests may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours prior to the booking start time by paying an additional %50 of their booking price. For example, if your booking cost was $100, you’d able to reschedule by paying $50.

Bookings less than 48 hours are will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• No smoking or alcohol. 
• Booking times are inclusive of set up, breakdown and clean up. Please reserve your hours accordingly.

Maximum of 12 people per session. Please inquire directly at info@nulastudios.com for larger capacity shoots.

We do not provide parking. There is only free street parking available around the studio.

It can take a while to find a parking spot during working days/hours.  We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early to the location. 

We require face coverings in common areas.

Proof of vaccination is not required.
