You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times.

2. How to use equipment
Our studio prices are all inclusive. Only extra charge is backdrop seamless pulls.
All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$10 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet.
The minimum time that you can book is 1 hour. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into considerations when you make the booking. The maximum amount of time that you can book a studio is 15 hours, 7am until 10pm.
No, to respect everyone’s booked sessions please do not arrive prior to your reservation time. Please note that all booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please start wrapping up and leave the studio by the time your booking is over.
There is an overtime fee of $100 per hour that you overstay, so please, be respectful of the community and leave when your time is up.
If you need to extend your booking during your session, please reach out to us before the end of your session. You can only extend if there is no other booking after you.

Definitely! Food and snacks are allowed as long as the studio is cleaned and left in the original condition.
No alcohol, smoking or drugs are allowed in the studio, for which a $500 fine will be charged.
No, insurance is not required.
Street parking is available. For bookings during business hours, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes earlier.
We have a freight elevator. If you need to use it please contact us at info@nulastudios.com prior to your booking.
Only water/vapor based smoke and fog machines are allowed in our studios.
There will be a penalty of $500 to any customer found using smoke or fog other than water based and will not be allowed back in our studios. This will be strictly enforced.
Any other hard to clean materials such as glitter, confetti, powder, oils, wax, requires a refundable deposit. Please reach out via email if you will be using hard to clean materials during your studio time. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning charge of $100.
Yes, to protect everyone’s safety the studios and common areas are all monitored by cameras for security, insurance and dispute purposes. (it can/will be used for dispute resolution ONLY). We do check in periodically to make sure everything is up-to-date and guests are abiding by the rules.
As outlined in our agreement, your work is protected and footage will never be shared.
We are open everyday from 7am to 10pm.
Two hours is the very minimum that can be reserved. Our photo studio can be reserved for up to 15 hours, from 7 am to 10 pm.
Setup and cleanup time are included in all booking beginning and ending hours. Kindly keep it in mind when you make the reservation.
